Scattered | Scripture Reference:  Acts 18:1-4; 24-26
Discuss the following questions with your Small Group

  1. Though this week is called “Scattered into Business,” the truth is that not everyone is ‘in business.’ Everyone does have a vocation however. Take some time and list all of the vocations someone might have, consider a stay at home parent or retiree. How might God want to use these vocations uniquely for Gospel Mission?
  2. When we first meet someone and are getting to know them, one of the first things we ask is what they “do”. Why is our vocation something that is such a part of our identity? What do you think the Bible says about vocation?
  3. Read Col. 3:23-24, what does it mean to “work for God?”
  4. When you read Acts 18:1-4 & 24-26, how do you think God uses Paul, Priscilla and Aquila’s jobs to contribute to the Gospel Mission?
  5. How might God want to use your job/vocation for Gospel Mission? How can we hold each other accountable?
