Did you not know?

Luke 2:41-52

In a society of know-it-alls, there is only one true Know-It-All. Jesus sees fully what we cannot. Blessed are those who have not seen but believe what the Lord says.

Series Information

It seems natural to have questions for Jesus, but in this series we are going to look at the questions that Jesus asks those who were close to Him. Questions that uncover what we truly know about Jesus and about ourselves.

Many are able to repeat Jesus’ promises, like, “I will be with you always to the end to the end of the age.” But in the midst of life’s storms do we really believe this? When we think of the fact that Jesus came to earth, do we understand His mission, the road He took to the cross? Do we see that the whole Bible pointed to GOD’s plan of redemption and Jesus’ setting His face of Jerusalem? When we understand a clearer picture of Jesus’ life, ministry, and His work of redemption, how do we answer the question:  “Do you love Me?” Bad questions often lead to bad answers, but good questions lead to good answers. Jesus asks the best questions. We see something similar in Job. Job asks questions we all ask, there is nothing wrong with asking. But, the great questions are GOD’s questions at the end of the book.
