  1. The Apostle Paul refers to the Christian life as a race. Why would he make this reference?
  2. As Christians, give specific examples that would imply we are in a race.
  3. In our lives, how can we be “forgetting what lies behind?”
  4. What do you need to “press forward to what lies ahead” in your life?
  5. What are your spiritual, emotional, and physical goals for 2019?  How will this year be different as you set these goals?
